I totally understand! I have the same obsession. I like to keep 30 meals on-hand. Nothing like knowing you don't have to cook for a month if need be! :0)
I really need to get that big cook cookbook and use it. I want to have meals in my freezer!
I found a TON more freezer books at the library mitch...I'll have to send you a list of my favorites....actually...I think I'm going to post them on the blog soon :)
Dawn. A whole month! 10 meals has been my max so far....but a month would be very impressive!
That's a genius idea I should get into that. Aaron and I once had three days worth and that was awesome, but then life got in the way and we haven't been able to do that again.
